THE STORY OF AIRÉN
AIRÉN began its journey on February 21, 2017, founded by Ms. Aileen Nepomuceno, CEO and President, from her passion for real estate, interior design, hospitality, and transforming properties into valuable investments.
The name AIRÉN carries a personal meaning. It was created by combining Aileen, her real name, and Karen, her nickname — representing her identity, vision, and passion.
What started in Makati was never meant to stay in one city. Aileen’s dream is to grow AIRÉN across the Philippines, building a chain of luxury suites, hotels, and resorts recognized for their unique concepts, innovative ideas, and futuristic approach to design and hospitality.
At AIRÉN, no two spaces are designed the same. Every property is given its own character, concept, and identity. Rather than repeating one signature look, AIRÉN creates distinctive and original spaces, combining creativity, luxury, modern technology, and forward-thinking ideas.
Today, AIRÉN specializes in luxury stays, property sales and leasing, interior design and renovation, property management, and transforming properties into beautiful, income-generating investments.
AIRÉN MAKATI SUITES is an important chapter in this journey — showcasing different spaces, each designed to offer its own atmosphere and experience while maintaining AIRÉN’s standards of comfort and luxury.
