Our Story

R&K 888 REALTY CORPORATION had its inception last FEBRUARY 21, 2017.

It’s office address is Unit GO1 Isabelle Royale Hotel, 4343 Valdez St, Bgy Poblacion, Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

The company was born out of the passion into the real estate by it’s CEO/PRESIDENT MS. AILEEN NEPOMUCENO.

R&K are initials that stands for “RAFAEL” & “KAREN” (Karen being Ms. Aileen’s nickname)

Mr. Rafael is an Israeli citizen, who owned 6 beautiful boutique hotels in Tel Aviv existing since August 2008 named under him as “Raphaels Hotel”

He usually goes back and forth from Israel and the Philippines for about 7 years since R&K 888 started, he is the main investor who encouraged Ms. Aileen to open this business.

R&K 888 REALTY CORPORATION offers a complete portfolio of real estate services including sales and leasing of residental / commercial properties, project sales & marketing, property management and consultancy, among others.

R&K 888 REALTY CORPORATION is also into buy & sell on which we turn the acquired property into a beautiful masterpiece that will surely make the price appreciate on market value with a high return of investment in a short period of time.

R&K 888 REALTY CORPORAION currently owns 38 units and still counting. Located in the heart of Makati City’s business district, the future is only getting more brighter as the business moves forward to it’s goal of expansion and excellence.

R&K 888 REALTY CORPORATION also engages into construction and interior designing. The company conducts research studies, trends, and surveys with partners upon request. The company also advises it’s investors and end users on capital appreciation of their investments on a regular basis and identifies growth opportunities for specific projects.

The company offers full service from transfer of ownership of purchased properties, to management of their investments that include payment of real property taxes, association dues, and settlement of utility bills, general cleaning, fixture maintenance and renovation.

To date, the company in it’s portfolio handles about more than 300 properties being managed for sale, resale, and lease.

As a testament of the company’s efficient services, the company’s database has remained intact and continues to grow.
